This is the easiest way to get Help! Simply right-click on the logo next to your clock (it looks like the icon on the right), and a window will pop up, guiding you through the process.
Send Us an Email
Just email your help request to [email protected] This will automatically create a ticket in our system, and you’ll get an automated reply confirming we got it!
Call or Text Us
Call or text us from 8-5 Monday-Friday at 614-233-1648. For after-hours support, choose option 5 to reach our on-call technician. If you need URGENT help, calling is the fastest contact method.
