    Required to solve network issues quickly and efficiently. Use the instructions on the right to find your device's MAC address.

How to find your MAC address:

🍎 On macOS (Apple Mac)
  1. Click the Apple Menu in the top-left corner of your screen.
  2. Select System Settings (or System Preferences).
  3. Click Network in the left sidebar.
  4. Select your active connection (e.g., Wi-Fi or Ethernet).
  5. Click Details or Advanced.
  6. Your MAC address will be listed as Wi-Fi Address or found on the Hardware tab.

🪟 On Windows
  1. Click the Start button or press the Windows Key.
  2. Type cmd and press Enter to open the Command Prompt.
  3. Type getmac /v /fo list and press Enter.
  4. Look for your active network adapter; the MAC address will be listed as Physical Address.

📱 On iPhone (iOS)
  1. Open your Settings app.
  2. Tap General > About.
  3. Look for the Wi-Fi Address.

🤖 On Android
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap About Phone (or About Device) > Status.
  3. Look for the Wi-Fi MAC Address.
